extremely different individuals. The Norwegian lyrics are reflections on
the apparent futility of effort and the paranoia that descends in the
crossfire between personal creativity and the pressures of conformity.
More a haphazard by-product of the uncompromising musicians slightly
hostile musical tug-of-war than the result of a docile, comfortable
creative process, SK is an acquired taste. The brutal façade may scare
away radio-attuned listeners, but underneath the surface you may find
gems of delicate sound. With a hint of 60s psychedelic retro,
hard-hitting rhythms, catchy melodies and grindy-voiced rap, SK delivers
inner turmoil packaged in a pop format
